In real estate selling, you need to focus on the specific segment of the market
While it is true that many Real Estate Agents carry a lot of varied real estate projects,
such as house and lot, lot only, condominiums, commercial properties, rentals, and even memorial lots, it is only advisable
to learn all these projects and to present them when they are needed in response to a specific inquiry. However, when you
need to induce inquiries in various ways such as newspaper advertising, leafleting, exhibits, email marketing, telemarketing,
etc. you need to focus on a particular project that will give you the best results and those that can easily blend with your
ability. For example, if you are capable to handle high end project, your prospecting should be aimed at high end prospects
to call on you. if your capability is for middle or low income group, you may want to target your prospecting efforts
to these type of people. Don't be jack of all trade for this might be confusing on your part.
