Attend and take our Sales Training Program   For Example: You sold a property worth one million, therefore your earning is 2% of 1 million which is Php 20,000.00 Notes: 1) No override commission can be earned from sales over downline APC               but the sales of one downline APC of at least one million can promote                upline APC to PC (Property Consultant)            2) All commissions are subject to witholding taxes

Commission: 2.5% of the commissionable amount on property sold as Personal Sales Plus .5% on sales of downline APC. Goals for promotion to Regional Property Consultant: 1. One million paid up Personal sales volume 2. Achieve five (5) 1st level Property Consultants 3. Attend our Sales Process Workshop   For Example: 1. You sold a property worth one million pesos and one of your downline APC also has sold a property worth one million pesos. Therefore you earn 2.5% of one million personal sales (P25,000.00) plus .5% override on one million sales of your downline APC (P5,000.00) for a total earning of: Php 30,000.00  Notes: All commissions are subject to withholding taxes

YOU ARE NOW PROMOTED TO  REGIONAL PROPERTY CONSULTANT (RPC) 5 Million 5 Million 5 Million 5 Million 5 Million

Commission: 3.25% of the commissionable amount on property sold as Personal Sales Plus 1.25% override on sales of downline APC Plus .75% override on sales of downline PC. Goals for  promotion to  Global Investment Director (GID) 1. Five (5) 1st level Property Consultants must graduate to Regional Property Consultants 2. Comply and take our Sales and leadership training workshop Career and Development Course (ACDC)   For example: You sold a property worth P2 million and one of your direct downline PC also sold P2 million worth of property and one of your direct downline APC sold one million worth of property. Therefore you earn 3.25% of 2 million (P65,000.00) plus .75% override on 2 million sales of direct downline PC (P15,000.00), Plus 1.25% override on 1 million sales of direct downline APC (P12,500.00) for a total earning of: P92,500.00     Notes: 1. Profit Sharing may be availed by upline RPC from break-away RPC obtained from the .75% override of the 1st level GID if the Up-line RPC can produce a Php 2,000,000.00 paid up PSGV from his/her other none break-away down-line within the same period.           2. All commissions and Profit Sharing are subject to withholding taxes.

Commission: 4% of the commissionable amount on property sold as Personal sales, Plus .75% override on sales of direct Regional Property Consultants, Plus 1.25% override on sales of Property Consultants, Plus 2% override on sales of Associate Property Consultants. Goals for promotion to Presidential Team Member 1. Five (5) 1st level Regional Property Consultants must upgrade to Global Investment Director 2. Comply and take our Management Training Workshop for Marketing Managerial Excellence (MTMME)   For example: You sold a property worth 2 million as personal sales; and one of your downline RPC also sold a property worth 2 million; and one of your downline PC sold a property worth 2 million and one of your downline APC sold a property worth 1 million. Therefore, you earning is 4% of 2 million personal sales (P80,000.00)) plus overriding .75% of 2 million sales of downline RPC (P15,000.00), plus overriding 1.5% of  2 million sales of PC (P30,000) plus overriding 2% of 1 million sales of APC (P20,000.00) for a total earning of: P145,000.00   Notes: 1. Profit sharing may be availed by the upline GID from the Group sales of his/her break away GIDs of .10% obtained from the 1% LAGPN business center's share over the GID if the GID upline can produce a Php3,000,000.00 paid up PSGV from his/her other non-break away downlines within the same quarter.

Commission: 4% from the commissionable amount of property sold as Personal Sales plus .75% override on Group Sales from all direct Regional Property Consultants plus 1.25% override on Group Sales from all direct Property Consultants plus 2% override on Group Sales from all direct Associate Property Consultants plus profit sharing of .12% obtained from the 1% LAGPN business center's share and .2% from all break away GIDs on all lower levels.   For example: You sold a property woth 2 million as personal sales; one of your direct GID sold a property worth 2 million, and one of your direct RPC sold a property worth 2 million, and one of your direct PC sold a property worth 2 million, and one of your direct APC sold a property worth 1 million. Therefore, you will earn 4% of 2 million as personal sales (P80,000.00) plus .75% of 2million sales of RPC(P15,000.00), plus 1.5% of 2 million sales of direct PC (P30,000.00), plus 2% of 1 million sales of direct APC (P20,000.00) plus a profit share of .12% of  7 million group sales (P84,000.00) for a total earning of: P229,000.00 Notes: All Sales are based on net commissionable amount (net of  discounts) and all commissions are subject to withholding tax.
